IV vitamin therapy delivered where your clients are, booked from your website and charted at their kitchen table. This document takes every requirement you raised with Martin on the follow-up call and maps it to a specific Pabau capability — the website widgets, the IV treatment form, labs, memberships, telehealth and the marketing — alongside the exact commercials that were agreed on that call.

ivwithme.com doesn’t feed a record
Bookings, gift cards, packages, memberships and enquiry forms need to live on your site and land somewhere that tracks them. Today an enquiry is an email, not a lead with a next step attached to it.
You’re at a client’s home with an IV running
Your words: “I’m now with a client at their home giving them an IV. I want to know where I can chart the information from that visit.” Charting has to happen there, on a phone or an iPad — not written up afterwards from memory.
No reusable IV treatment record
You want one form you build once and open on every appointment — the Myers cocktail, the gauge you used, any reaction — and you want to be able to go back to a completed visit months later and read exactly what happened.
Quest results sit in a portal of their own
You already hold your own Quest Diagnostics account. Results land in Quest’s portal, and the client’s record in your system knows nothing about them — so the clinical picture is split across two logins.
No recurring plans, no card on file
Memberships, packages and deposits were on your list, and so was cancellation and no-show cover. Without a card held against a client profile, a missed appointment is simply a lost slot.

That is the $414.00 one-time investment plus your first month’s $140.25 subscription. Care Plus and Marketing Plus do not start billing until your subscription goes live after onboarding — you are not charged for add-ons while we are still building the account. From go-live it is $345.75 a month.
All figures in USD, exclusive of any local taxes, and reproduced from the quote Martin prepared on 7 August 2026 — which is valid until 31 August 2026. Month-to-month is a 30-day rolling contract with 30 days’ written notice to cancel. New customers have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of payment, subject to the conditions in our Terms of Use; setup and training fees are non-refundable. Monthly pricing is subject to an annual adjustment of the Retail Price Index plus 2%, capped at 8%, with 90 days’ notice on any rise above 5% — your 50% add-on discount is permanent and carries over if you later move to an annual plan. Unlimited email, automations, Echo AI and video minutes are covered by your plan; SMS is the one everyday feature that draws on Pabau credits, and you can leave it switched off entirely.
